Brief: As a global leader within the professional services industry, BCG Digital Ventures' brand identity had been replicated by competing firms. To re-affirm their position as leaders in forward-thinking innovation, they asked for an evolved brand identity that embodied their mission of 'Building the Future.'

Challenge: Deliver a new visual identity to differentiate the brand, while retaining key brand elements (logo, color, fonts).

Solution: Brand guidelines were developed with new color usage, typography, layout, photography, illustration, and graphic elements. The new identity was bright and optimistic, layering photography, graphic elements, and 3D imagery to evoke forward motion and the concept of building.

Role: I worked with the Global Communications Design team to ideate and distill brand guidelines, then systematically crafted campaigns and content to promote initiatives for internal and external audiences.

I designed assets for a wide range of campaigns, articles, and initiatives that were promoted across the BCG Digital Ventures social channels and digital platforms.

Print & Experiential

To amplify initiatives and events, I designed for digital and print projects including name badges, how-to guides, and signage. Developing consistency through templates made it easy to engage with different cohorts and helped employees to discern between varying types of announcements.


I produced portrait photoshoots for 185 employees to be in-line with new DV visual guidelines. They elevated marketing materials through employee’s unique personalities and BCG's regional workspaces.
